BINGO at Plymouth County Fair

 

Joining the Le Mars Area Chamber of Commerce is a wonderful way to connect, give back, and be part of something bigger in our community. One of our favorite ways to get involved is by helping run the BINGO stand at the Plymouth County Fair. A simple and enjoyable way to:

• Support the community – help keep this beloved tradition alive while making a positive impact.
• Show your business pride – bring your team, be visible, and demonstrate your commitment locally.
• Have fun & network – meet other local businesses while enjoying the excitement of the fair.

Whether you want to meet new people, give back, or just have a good time, volunteering at the BINGO stand is a hands-on, rewarding way to make a difference and strengthen your Chamber connections.

 

Details

• 3 Hour Shifts Available (first-come, first-served):
  • Wednesday, July 29: 7 PM – 10 PM
  • Thursday, July 30: 7 PM – 10 PM
  • Friday, July 31: 7 PM – 10 PM
  • Saturday, August 1: 1 PM – 4 PM / 4 PM – 7 PM / 7 PM – 10 PM
  • Sunday, August 2: 1 PM – 4 PM / 4 PM – 7 PM / 7 PM – 10 PM

 

Volunteer Roles

• BINGO Card Volunteers (4) – Distribute cards, make quick changes between games, and pass collected money to the banker.
• Banker (1) – Count collected money each round to determine cash prizes (Cheat Sheet provided) and communicate to the caller.
• Caller (1) – Call the game, verify BINGO cards, share your business details, and most importantly…HAVE FUN!!
