The Le Mars Area Chamber of Commerce relies on volunteers to help create successful events and programs that strengthen our business community. Whether you can volunteer for a few hours or take on a leadership role, there are opportunities throughout the year to get involved.
Volunteer Opportunities:
Chamber Annual Dinner (January)
Assist Chamber staff with registration, various dinner-related tasks, and event clean-up. This is a great opportunity to make connections with community leaders!
Ice Cream Days Parade (June)
Help with parade set-up or route safety and get a front row seat to one of Le Mars' most beloved community celebrations.
BINGO at the Plymouth County Fair (July)
Host BINGO with your crew at the Plymouth County Fair! This is a great way to get your business in front of the community in a fun and engaging way.
Chamber Golf Tournament (August)
Support this popular networking event by helping with registration, hospitality or games throughout the day.
Chamber Committees (Year-Round)
Get involved year-round by serving on a Chamber committee that matches your interests and skills:
- Design Committee – Helps enhance the appearance and appeal of our community and Chamber initiatives.
- Promotions Committee – Assists with marketing, events, and programs that showcase Le Mars and Chamber members.
- Ambassador Committee – Welcomes new members, supports Chamber events, and helps strengthen member engagement.
